Had a craving for breakfast at dinner.
I called in my order.
When I arrived, there was one table of people eating.
There were three tables that were full of dirty dishes.
They were still working on my order.
The total was $31.80.
I gave the woman a four dollar tip. I got home and noticed that they had not given me my complete order.
I called the restaurant, and the woman wasn’t very friendly, but told me I could come back for my food.
I made a second trip to the store for the rest of my order.
When I got home I looked at the receipt.
There was a service charge of $2.65 and also a to go fee of $2.65.
I did not see a sign anywhere stating that these extra charges would be added to my order.
I find this to be a little bit ridiculous.
Food is expensive as it is without all the other extra charges.
Had this been DoorDash, I would understood the extra fees.
This is not acceptable.
NOT COOL

Tried to dine in.
Waitress acknowledged us saying she would be with us shortly.
30mins passed and we left without the staff ever taking our order.
The staff’s conversation with a young man at the counter was interesting but I came for food which I was unable to purchase.

Food and service was great! I love that the servers tag team to make sure customers are covered. Thank you for a great breakfast 😋 Felicia
