This is the absolute nastiest restaurant I have ever been.
The customer service is awful.
We literally had bugs crawling in our salads.
I will try to upload the video.
The hibachi grill had old food stuck in the corner.
We requested the grill to be cleaned and was told the cook would do it, we never got to that point, we left...ran out of the restaurant.

We celebrated a birthday dinner at Shogun's.
We came during one of the slower times and the food and service were great.
We always love the ginger dressing salad

The food was amazing! Great chef, would definitely go back for the hibachi dinner!
