I stumbled upon Von Ebert Brewing at Cascade Station while shopping, and I'm so glad I did! 🌟 I ordered the Pesto Italian sandwich with a side salad and paired it with their fantastic Volatile Substance IPA.

The sandwich was massive - stacked high with delicious fillings on crispy focaccia. The Sherry Vinaigrette on my salad was a delightful surprise!

Service was fast, and the atmosphere was casual yet trendy. I even took some 4-packs of their beer home. Can't wait to come back for pizza! 🍕 Cheers!
