New Happy Fortune is a hidden gem in Portland, offering delicious, 90's style Chinese-American dishes!

I had the pot stickers - absolutely phenomenal! 🤤 The #3 combo was a steal at under $14, featuring 4 crab puffs, pork fried rice, and a full order of General Tso's chicken. The flavors hit just right, especially with that smoky char from the wok on the noodle dishes.

The service was impressively fast, and the staff was incredibly friendly despite handling multiple orders. Great takeout experience overall! We’ll definitely be back for more. 🌟
