I recently visited Vietnam Cafe 39 and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere and friendly service! The Lemongrass Tofu Stir Fry was a highlight, bursting with flavor and served with tender shoots of lemongrass.

I also tried the Tofu Vegetable Bún with peanut sauce instead of fish sauce, and it did not disappoint! The only downside was the beef pho, which felt a bit lacking in flavor lately. Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal - just steer clear of the pho! 🌿
