Rosedale Bar-B-Q is a hidden gem in Kansas City! 🌟

I stopped by for lunch on the 4th of July, and despite the crowd, the service was impressively fast. I tried the Burnt Ends Dinner, which was nothing short of fantastic! The beans had a lovely spicy kick, pairing beautifully with the tender meat. The ambiance felt cozy and inviting - perfect for families or groups.

While the ribs were deliciously smoky, I did wish for a bit more sauce. Overall, an excellent experience that left me eager to return! 🍖✨
