Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant & Taqueria is a fantastic find in Colorado Springs! 🌟 The moment I walked in, I was enveloped by the warmth of its cozy atmosphere.
I ordered the Molcajete, and wow, it was OUTFREAKINGSTANDING! The mix of steak, pork, chicken, chorizo, and bacon-wrapped shrimp, accompanied by beans and rice, was simply divine. Their margaritas are a must-try too! 🍹
The service was a bit slow at first, but once we were acknowledged, the staff was friendly and attentive. With great food and a vibrant bar scene, I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
