While I visited this location for the first time, I can confidently say that Vaqueros has become a favorite of ours.We traditionally go to the north location. When we are craving a quick bite, Vaqueros never disappoints.With its delicious food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere, it's a gem that I'll continue to frequent time and time again.
A local staple.Great service and good.They have an excellent menu and a massive full bar.Beautiful views of the front range and the Academy.It's definitely a must when you're in the springs.
I had the Molcajete and let me just tell you this...OUTFREAKINGSTANDING!!!! this meal came with a side of beans and rice.The volcano bowl had steak, pork, chicken, chorizo, and bacon wrapped shrimp, and a grilled jalapeño.Topped it off with a Patron Margarita, what a fantastic meal
