My sweetie and I visited on September 8th, this was my first trip to Colorado.
I loved it as soon as I stepped foot in the restaurant.
It's a beautiful setting, the service was great.
The bar looked amazing, even though we did not drink that day.
We ordered our first Bison Burger.
It was amazing! We had it cooked medium well.
It turned out fantastic.
Our waiter.
Nick was on point, he was courteous, friendly, helpful.
He was amazing overall.
This is definitely a 5 star place in my book!

There are some lower reviews on here, but you have to know what you are getting into when it comes to this restaurant.
This is a restaurant for the Seven Falls guests primarily.
I suggest going to the Falls first in the morning then stopping in for lunch.
The food was everything I would expect for a restaurant of this caliber.
They had a great selection of cocktails and appetizers.
It looked like the onion rings were the biggest hit the day we were there.
For your main course the Ultimate Mac and Cheese was hard to beat.

Fabulous food and ambiance! Friendly service and the food actually came exceptionally fast! Definitely worth stopping in if you can and want to spoil yourself for the evening.
It's located within 7 falls Park so make sure you get proper park entry! Loved being able to walk around and check the falls out before and after!
