I got a chipotle bowl and while ordering the young man making my food was rude to me.
He was even rude to the cashier he worked with.
When I made it home and took my first bite I noticed something so hard in my mouth I couldn’t even bite through it.
I took it out of my mouth and it was a piece of clear plastic resembling those clear covers for those eyebrow razors is the best way I can describe it.
I tried to call but I was only referred by the operator to put in a complaint online.
I won’t be back✌🏾

This is one of those places I’ll always go back to but dread it.
Food is decent 1 out of every 5 times and is never made with love.
Employees clearly hate their lives, hate me for even ordering.
Tell myself I’ll never go back but I’ll you see next week.

The food was alright, portions weren’t the best, but very low quality management.
Every table had crumbs and grime.
Nomine wiped tables.
Staff were pretty frantic and careless.
I was suprised to see them wrap my tacos in foil and crumple them in a ball. An employee came and wiped our table after we asked for napkins because each dispenser was empty.
Trashes were maxed out and hadn’t been taken out for a while. Cafe Rio Spoiled me
