Tokki

I went to Tokki for lunch and it wasn't busy at all.
Win for me! After my favorite ramen restaurant closed in Colorado Springs, I've been trying out different places.
I was so impressed! I had the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen with Pork Belly and it was delicious! They have live music and all sorts of beer and cocktails.
I look forward to spending an evening here listening to music, the next time I'm in town.
The server was so friendly and the service was fast.
Definitely a new favorite in the Springs.
It is a little difficult to find.
If you are in the main parking lot (Google Maps directions) and you are looking at Marigold Bistro, there is a walkway directly to the right.
Walk down that for about 50 feet and you are there.
It's definitely worth looking for!

Pleasant fun spot to enjoy a night out with friends, family, or the staff.
When I say staff, that is because of how friendly, attentive, and accommodating they are.
Peter is an excellent hands-on owner who shows that he cares and knows what he's doing.
He takes care of the guest and his staff very well.
A man who cares about his staff and their well-being just as much as his customers will definitely reap success. The food was excellent, and the drinks were crafted perfectly.
We sat at the bar where our bartender took care of us very well, I believe his name was Branden.
He also has a heart for craft cocktails, so we were able to relate on certain topics.
The addition of live music is the cherry on top of the whole mood and environment. Thanks, Peter, for an excellent dining experience.

Stopped in here for ramen and it was delicious! This space was cozy and the service was great! I truly enjoyed this dinner! The crab Rangoon were so good.
Lots of flavor the sauce is a simple sweet and sour.
I had the spicy miso ramen which was full of body and the Naruto was one of my favorite parts! This place is a must visit!
