Tucked away on the East side of Madison, Vaquero Mexican Grill is a hidden gem! 🌮

I ordered the birria shredded beef tacos and chips with queso, and WOW, they were incredible. The flavors transported me back to Texas! The machete with half birria and half carnitas was thick, loaded with toppings, and absolutely delicious.

The atmosphere is cosy and casual, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The staff were friendly and attentive, really enhancing the experience. I can't wait to return and try more from their menu! Authentic and satisfying... 🌟
