Very disorganized and slow. No impetus to move faster or show a level of concern or care that reflects folks are waiting for flights. Food is average at best.

Mad Town Gastropub at the Dane County Regional Airport offers a casual atmosphere perfect for travelers! I tried the Korean fried chicken sandwich, which was sweet and crispy, although a bit too syrupy for my taste. The aged cheddar chicken club was a delightful surprise, with fresh ingredients and a perfect crunch.
Service was a mixed bag - our server started off grumpy but warmed up as we ordered. Despite some minor service hiccups, the food kept us satisfied during our delay. Just be mindful of the restaurant's early closing times if you're arriving close to 5! All in all, a solid airport dining option! ✈️🍔
