Green Owl Cafe is truly a gem for vegan food lovers in Madison! 💚 I visited for lunch and opted for the Oyster Po’Boy, paired with their scrumptious kale chips and a magical dipping sauce. Every bite was a delight!

The vibe is warm, and the staff is friendly, which made my first experience memorable. Although the menu takes on a natural approach to cheese - something that might not appeal to everyone - my meal was fantastic.

Can't wait to return and try more of their specials! 🌱✨
