Uzen is an absolute gem on College Avenue! 🥢 I visited recently and was blown away by the freshness of their sushi. The nigiri was rich and delightful, and the presentation was top-notch. I especially loved the sea urchin hand roll with a quail egg - a unique touch!

The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, perfect for enjoying a meal while watching the chefs at work. Our server, Tashiko, was incredibly attentive, making the experience even better. Plus, the complimentary miso soup and salad with their amazing dressing were perfect starters. With quick service and a cozy vibe, I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend! 😊
