September 02, 2024Holy Basil Phở And Cocktail Bar in Oakland is a cozy gem! 🌿 I recently went for lunch and was thrilled to find a plethora of vegan options - big shoutout for that! I tried the spicy lemongrass soup with vegan beef and it was outstanding.
The broth was flavorful yet light, packed with fresh herbs and ample condiments. The spring rolls were decent, but the highlight was definitely the kind service from the staff, who made the whole experience enjoyable.
Happy hour from 4-6 PM is a plus! I can’t wait to go back. 🥢✨
