Mắm Hanoi Restaurant is a hidden gem in Oakland's Chinatown! 🌟 The ambiance is casual and clean, making it a welcoming spot for lunch or dinner.

I tried the pho combo and was blown away by the flavorful broth and fresh ingredients. My boyfriend enjoyed the bun rieu, which was equally delicious. The spring rolls added a great crunch to our meal.

Though our server was a bit slow on refills, the overall experience was fantastic! I can't wait to return for more tasty dishes. Highly recommended if you’re craving authentic Northern Vietnamese flavors! 🍜💕
