Ume Grill Onigiri House has become my go-to spot for quick, delicious vegetarian food! 🌱 I recently indulged in the tofu and sweet potato & onion onigiri, and they were absolutely delightful - perfectly seasoned and not too heavy.

Located inside Quick Trip market, the outdoor seating gives it a charming street food vibe. The prices are surprisingly good for the quality you receive. Plus, the staff are incredibly friendly! I can't wait to go back for more and try their smoothies next time. A hidden gem in Eugene for sure! 🍙✨
