If you're in Eugene, Jade Dumpling & Noodle House is a must-visit! The cozy atmosphere pairs perfectly with their fast service. The pork soup dumplings are heavenly, bursting with flavor, while the Dan Dan noodles are delightfully spicy - definitely a bargain!

The garlic green beans are a standout side; you won’t regret ordering them. We also enjoyed the wonderful tea selection - so refreshing without added sugar!

Parking is a breeze, too. Can't wait to come back and try more from this hidden gem! 🍜✨
