Subo Sushi Burritos is a hidden gem in Eugene! 🌟 I’ve been a fan since 2016, and their sushi burritos never disappoint. The fresh ingredients and generous portions really set them apart.

I opted for the Ninja Burrito this time, and it was fantastic - filled with vibrant flavors! The atmosphere is casual and trendy, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner after class.

Only downside? I miss the seaweed salad in the burritos; the field greens just don’t cut it for me. But overall, great service and delicious food keep me coming back for more! 🍣💕
