Umami BBQ Sushi is a delightful gem tucked away in Bowlero North Scottsdale! 🌟 I had the pleasure of indulging in their garlic skewers and the sushi rolls, and both were absolutely delicious. The fried cheesecake was a highlight - creamy with a unique twist!
