Went this morning at nine AM and ordered the Enchilada Ranchero Platter.
The first plate came out with everything cold.
When I complained, the second plate came out with everything piping hot and delicious. Notice the difference in the first picture with old beans and un melted cheese as opposed to the second picture with everything hot and the cheese melted on the beans.
I Would have rated a five star experience if I would not have had to complain at first.

Ordered a cali burger which comes with bacon and guacamole.
Neither were on there.
Very disappointed as it was my first time EVER at twisters.
Pregnant and craving a good burger.
I had been wanting to go to twisters for a couple weeks now as we are new to the area.
What a let down.
Don’t recommend.

Twisters has authentic New Mexican food, at a fair price! I don't think you will go wrong with anything on the menu, but one of my favorites is the Indian taco with Carne ardovada, and green chile!
