Fast food restaurant, Hamburger restaurant
Ordered online and went to pick up my order after making sure everything was in the bags I went inside to let the lady with lack of English and let her know I was missing an item.She argued with me so I drove all the way back home to get my phone from charging to explain again I’m still missing my food.After going back she looked at me stupidly with a blank face like she didn’t k ow what to say.Worst customer service and experience for this being my first time here.Then she proceeded to talk in Spanish to the cook about me and when I left I said thank you for getting my burger have a good night all in Spanish smh.The fact that people are in New Mexico like we don’t speak Spanish.🤦🏽♀️ people are so ignorant now days.

Generally I do not complain on line but I am sitting here at McDonald's thinking about what just happened at your establishment.I came in and I noticed beforehand that only one vehicle was in line outside.I asked if the cash register was open and the lady washing her hands made eye contact with me (kind of mean like she knew me or I did something to annoy her.)and walked away as another employee walked past me and didn't acknowledge me.I watched and waited and no one came to assist me.Or at least say something to me so I could switch maybe to the drive thru.Well I was in a hurry as we are setting up for Balloon fiesta and I was hoping to get a quick bite before along night.International Balloon fiesta is upon us and I would like to think that this store would be a place that I could recommend to the public and or my maybe my co workers.Maybe 🤔 they need a little encouragement...Don't know .
They have great milk shakes it would be a plus if they were bigger.The chicken tenders are good, but they weren't cooked all the way they were still raw.I was disappointed because I was on my lunch from work and I couldn't go back to show them.
