This is the most horrible experience I have ever had at a restaurant.
As soon as I walked in I was told “ we are not taking orders” my response was “ why?” And the response given to me was surprising “ because we have a lot to do”.
The most unprofessional food service was given.
Specifically by a young lady with red dyed hair.
My food was handed to me and when I looked it was not wrapped and it’s falling apart.
The customer service is a no for me.

I stopped by after getting a coupon in the mail.
The inside looked clean for the most part.
Loud music was playing.
Customer service was okay.
I won't go back as I wasn't impressed with the food.
I experienced a chemical after taste and thought the hummus wrap was lacking in ingredients aside from the lettuce, onions and rice.

Tried to order to go.
Stood in line for 15 minutes with people ahead of me who kept leaving because they were completely swamped with working on To-go orders.
I can wait for service when a place is slammed, But it was the rudeness of staff and glares and eye rolls they kept giving us while waiting.
A simple, thank you for your patience would have been appreciated and an acknowledgment that they are glad you are there, but none of that happened.
At some point they need to stop accepting online orders when the people who are actually in the store need to place an order, but that was not happening.
