I hadn't been to a "Jack In the Crack" for over 30 years, so I can't begin to tell you how excited I was to accidentally find this West Coast favourite on our mini-vacation to Nashville!!! My wife is from England and I was telling her about "Jack In the Crack" stories from my days back in Los Angeles. I usually used to just hit the drive thru, back in the day, but I wanted to take advantage so we went in. First impression, the dining area was spotless, that bathrooms were super clean and the people who worked there was digging on my "Jack In the Crack" vibe. My wife ordered a breakfast platter, because it was like 10am, but I had to go with the burger and fries.
It was all delicious!!! I know I am way too hyped about this Jack In the Box, but I don't care.
So many things change over the years, it's just good to see that "Jack In the Crack" hasn't!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Sometimes you just have to have Jack in the Box.

This location has the worst set of employees.
They have no type of customer service.
Not even the manager!! Shes the rudest!! They don't care how they give you your food.
They let you sit at the drive thru speaker for minutes before saying anything.
After yelling hello, hello a thousand times, they replied.
"Hold on". I hate that I live right by this place cause after today I won't be eating there ever again.
I ordered a 7 piece jalapeño popper and got 5 with crumbs🤦🏾‍♀️and they were out of ranch AGAIN.....
pads this place by folks...
the company needs to clean house and train properly!

Went to the Jack in the Box on Central Pike in Hermitage, TN.
Was told in the drive thru-It is going to be awhile before I can take anymore orders.
I sat for a very long time and when they finally took my order she said..what would you like..in a condescending voice.
After I asked for what I wanted she just said..pull up.
She was distraught and it shows in her customer service.
New management is needed for this location.
