1st time in years and so glad I decided to go.
Not sure about the amount of fat used to cook, but whether keto or plant based there's something for everyone and the customer gets to choose.
Tofu to calamari, plus chicken, beef, etc, fresh veggies, sprouts and an array of sauces to choose from makes this place a keeper.
A lot more rice than needed for the "large" bowl of protein and veggies but plenty left over for a meal at home.
Better drink choices are needed.
Glad to finally go since healthier choices with lots of veggies are hard to find.
The place actually had quite a few customers in and out for a late afternoon meal.

The whole set up had me uncomfortable; especially seeing the raw meats uncovered and freely accessible by the public.
The meats should be covered, chilled and out of sight.
Just as we have to select our rice, noodles, etc., the same should go for the meats (the cooks should have these items in the back).
I felt like my chicken wasn't cooked completely so that was money down the drain.
I will never eat here again even if it was free.
Its not worth the money or time.

I had a nice big bowl of stir-fry here. The portion was so generous in the extra large bowl that there was plenty for another meal. So I ate it for supper, too. My husband and I had just visited a historical sight and we were really hungry. We got to pick the meat, veggies, and sauces.
They stir-fried it for you on a circular grill.
We watched our food cooking.
The peanut sauce was good. And they had many stir-fry sauces to choose from, plus they offered a yum-yum sauce that kinda tasted like honey mustard. It was a yummy dipping sauce. There were also peanuts and crunchy noodles in the dining area. My husband got some for me.
He is sweet. The drinks were self-serve as well. I wish we had a Bonfire Grill where we live. I would definitely go here again.
