Visited THEKOI Sushi & Sake last week, and I was thoroughly impressed! 🍣 The Godzilla and Snow-mageddon rolls were standout favorites, showcasing fresh fish without the typical fishy taste. Each dish is beautifully presented, making the experience even more enjoyable.
I indulged in the Lavender Lemonade and the Dynamite Shrimp, both bursting with flavor!
Although the ramen was hit or miss, the rich chashu stole the show. The cozy atmosphere was ideal for a relaxed evening. Just a heads up - parking can be tricky, so plan accordingly! Overall, a delightful experience in downtown Bellevue. Will be back for more! 🎉
