The Salt Republic offers a cozy ambiance right where you need it - within the Hyatt Regency. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, filled with diverse options, including tasty gluten-free pastries that didn’t compromise on flavor. The staff was attentive, yet some customers struggled with buffet etiquette, which made for a bit of chaos.

I also tried the Wagyu pastrami burger during lunch, and it was a flavor extravaganza! The perfectly crispy onion rings were a delightful topping. Solid experience overall! 🍔
