if I could give them a minus I would.The food was never delivered.got a picture of it being delivered at a different address.I called the store and was told not their problem.The door dash driver could not communicate via text and wouldn't answer the phone.so 50 dollar order 10 tip for nothing.So called again and the store said don't bother us!!!!! Call the number the one that doesn't answer and and wont text now.The young person that answered the phone at the subway just chuckled and said deal with it.When I said I would leave a review she said good doesn't matter.
Whoever works there Sunday nights (specifically tonight) is not doing their job.I've called to try to correct an order maker online, and they've picked up and hung up on me three times.This isn't a bad connection, because they've let it go to voicemail twice as well.The worker simply doesn't want to be bothered so they're hanging up.This is ridiculous.Absolute worst customer service ever.
Ordered through Uber eats pickup,bmy boyfriend ordered on 5/26/24, 11:23 pm. He sent me to pickup this order and I went in to store to pick up under his name. One male and one female were there, both spoke Spanish. The male asked me who I was picking up for, and I said the name and that it was for Uber eats pickup. He told me he wasn't allowed to give me the food unless I gave code AND he also had to see the Uber application loaded on my phone. I thought that was really odd since this was a pickup and that I never ran into this on an Uber eats pickup order previously I walked back to my car, got my phone and called my boyfriend and explained the situation. My boyfriend said that there was no code to submit and that i didn't need one since it was pick up and not delivery. Meanwhile, there where other people coming into to pick up orders and they had no problem picking it up.They weren't questioned or anything about their food. That seemed like a big red flag. I had my boyfriend send me a image of the order with a confirmation number from Uber eats so I could show them proof of the order. While I was talking to boyfriend on the phone, the male proceeded to call someone and speak Spanish to them, about the order as well as the female that was working there. I spoke to the female about he order and what the problem was and she just smiled but didn't do anything to fix the situation and walked away. The male employee would not give me the food even with the proof on my phone, he said it wasn't the actual Uber app and that he couldn't give me food. I was livid and upset and told my boyfriend he had to come down and pick up the food. I drove back to my location and he came back in the car and got his food about 1/2hour later and said that the employees were nice to him and gave him the food but he was upset because they didn't give me the food when I showed proof. He said the employees didn't know what to say or do about it and the female had apologized. Long story short, my boyfriend suspected something fishy going on and said that we are never ordering from this location again. Is it possible a manager could reach out to me and explain what happened and why the employees didn't tell me why they didn't give me the food when I showed proof?
