The case, a warm breakfast, and a cup of coffee. When I saw Turkish Eggs on the menu I was ecstatic and they did NOT disappoint.
Bright, fresh, creamy, herbaceous, cool, warm...
Every texture.
Devine.
The gluten-free bread might have been the best I've had at a restaurant - homemade, thick, tasty, crispy and chewy.
Sigh...
I want more now. I got a house prepared coffee and was really impressed.
I'm usually a pour over girl, but this was as good as any pour over. Also, love love love that the staff is paid a living wage and a tip is ACTUALLY for a job well done.

Dearest Curious Foodie, Be curious no longer, for I shall impart to you the wonders of one of my favorite little spots in Salt Lake City.
If you are a visitor from out-of-town, I definitly recommend it to you! It is an example of some of the very best SLC has to offer.

This may seem shocking and horrifying to some people, however I assure you that it is well worth it.) The food, my dears, is excellent.
It is on par with the food I have had at well-known restaurants like Mildreds or Mallow Borough Market in London.
The ingredients are fresh, locally sourced, selected with care, and the food is presented beautifully. They offer excellent vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.
Some standouts for me have been the breakfast bowls with tasty crips veggies and vegetarian protein.
Additionally their waffles and French toast are out of this world.
I have enjoyed their mochas, goldent lattes, and lavendar lattes.
Oh and their baked goods! I am afraid I have been lax and have not included pictures of them.
They have a lovely rustic European feel to them with the inclusion of dried flowers and herbs.
They are lovely but not fussy in appearance.
You need not eat them daintingly with fork and knife but happily munch on them and feel zero guilt for scarfing them down. I appreciate the choice of the French linens and the beautiful pottery plates.
The interior is an interesting mix of plants,, French country, with an industrial twist (can we say moss wall?!) and a dash of historic coolness with the exposed bricks and the chains hanging from the ceiling in the main dining area.
The service is excellent, maybe it's because they truly care about their staff and want to provide them a living wage and time off (thus the 18% gratuity). Anyway, I hope you will give them a try.
