I had a pleasant lunch at Itto Sushi Downtown. The vibe was casual and trendy, perfect for a quick bite. I enjoyed the salmon sushi, which was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Their ramen noodles and takoyaki were also solid choices, and the prices were quite reasonable. Service was impressively fast despite it being busy.

My only critique would be the menu; a few more photos would really help. Overall, a nice spot for sushi cravings in Salt Lake City! 🍣
