Hadn't visited the Pie since high school.
It's just as amazing as I remembered.
And even better because they have cauliflower crust AND gluten free bread sticks.
So good! I ordered the Greek (minus tomatoes), my husband loves the Wise Guy.
We definitely left STUFFED.
And it was the perfect time to visit, with College out for the semester.

We discovered this place a few years ago on a road trip.
This time around, we purposely took a detour and added a couple hours to our trip so we could eat here.
Absolutely amazing pizza.
We tried the thai wings as well and they were a blast.
We surely visit again when we get a chance.

The Pie is a MUST do if you’re near the University of Utah! The chain has normal restaurants all over northern Utah but the underground location just west of Presidents Circle is the only one with this feel.
The Pie is all about real pizza with real ingredients.
The toppings taste fresh, the crust tastes like it was made same day.
The tomato sauce is outstanding.
All in all, the Pie makes the best pizza in Utah!
