Went here for my birthday and it did not disappoint.
The sourdough bread is a must! The best sourdough you will ever have, so good with the house made compound butter.
I hear that the Pago burger is the best burger in town, for $20ish it’s worth the money.
It is perfectly cooked and juicy.
The sauce on the burger is so good.
Everything was great.
Also we had an awesome waiter, he was very knowledgeable and kind!

I enjoyed the pleasure of the Utah food at the restaurant, Pago! The NY steak was very tender and the cream sauce with spinach and white asparagus that came with it was so delicious.
The creamy pasta with egg had an ethnic taste with a hint of Asian flavor, and I enjoyed the mix of Western and Asian flavors.
I was also able to drink Utah beer, so it was a very satisfying dinner.
The service was also very good.

Our friends introduced us to Pogo, and we really enjoyed it.
The food has incredibly fresh flavors and textures and this should be on your "must do" list if you are a foodie and in the SLC area. Atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and welcoming.
It is on the smaller side, but this adds to the coziness of the experience.
