Pago offers a delightful experience that stands out in Salt Lake City! I celebrated my birthday here, and the sourdough bread with house-made compound butter was unbelievable - definitely a must-try. I indulged in the Pago burger, which is topped with a delicious sauce and cooked to perfection. The intimate atmosphere adds to the charm, making you feel right at home.

While the service was good, I’d love to see a bit more attention to detail in the wine selection. Still, I’m eager to explore more of their menu next time! 🍽️
