We were traveling through and wanted to stop here in Utah. The gal took our order down nicely and asked if we wanted the salad or ice cream that came with our meal and I said no.She took the order back and said about 20 minutes. They then got busy with several parties more than six people and 45 minutes later we got our meal.Upon eating our meal in the car with our puppies, the fettuccine was greasy. The mitzvah cheese pasta was dry.We had no salads, we had no dessert.Dessert.The meal was $59 and I can't conceive how we only had those two items and some bread from the appetizer menu and two very small drinks at about 8 oz size. The host was rude and told me that she had already been back in the kitchen which I never saw and stated our order would be out hopefully soon because they got busy with the two large parties.I don't believe you should tell a client.I believe that you should show the client and even if she has to pretend to walk to the back.As I was waiting and got up when I saw the bag and she looked at me and she said this isn't your order.
Gotta say, this place is decorated BEAUTIFULLY which is honestly the best thing about it.We were told to wait 15 minutes before we could grab a seat, but they texted us so we could walk around Trolley Square while we waited. The garlic bread appetizer was one of the best garlic breads I have ever had in my life!! Would rate that bread a 12/10 it was just that good, came with plenty of dipping sauce and just melted in my mouth. Can't say the same for the pasta. We ordered a Chicken Parmigiana and the spaghetti was very basic. For an expensive dish ($17+) it was very underwhelming and small in size.Convenient place to eat if you're in the Trolley Square area. It's just alright.
Haven’t been to an OSF in decades! I was a child in Hawaii. It’s just as I remembered.Food was delicious and the location is perfect! Will definitely be back and 100% recommended!
