Oasis Cafe is my favorite brunch spot in Salt Lake City! The atmosphere is charming, especially with the outdoor seating next to Golden Braid Bookstore. I ordered the fluffy Oasis omelette packed with cheese and veggies, and it hit the spot! The coffee cake was crumbly and perfectly sweet. While the service can be a bit slow during busy hours, the friendly staff makes it all worthwhile. Don't miss the German Pancake; it’s a fantastic treat to share. 🌿
