So I went online yesterday to place my 138.00 order and had some questions.
I call the store and got Emma.
I had a 7 dollar off coupon for a half of a ham.
After going over the coupon with her, she said you can just order with me and bring your 7.00 off coupon in with you when you pick it up.
I even called her back to clarify it.
Well...
when my husband got to the store they wouldn't take the coupon.
Said the order had to be paid for online.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH HONEYBAKED HAM COMPANY.
I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER AND 7.00 IS ALOT CONSIDERING THE TOTAL WAS ABOUT 138.00.
ITS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
YOU RUN OFF A CUSTOMER FOR 7.00.
NEVER AGAIN I DONT CARE HOW GOOD YOUR STUFF IS.
CRACKER BARREL WILL LOVE TO HAVE MY MONEY!
