This is a Tucson classic.A must try if you are in the area. The menu offers uniquely crafted dishes that includes venison, bison, ostrich, and duck.There is allow a rich variety of seafood and other classic dishes. I try the barbecued duck it did not disappoint! The vegetables were thoughtfully seasoned and cooked just right. I also tried the Carmel crunch cake tasted good but served a little too cold. Pleasant and attentive staff. My only rub is the place feels a little cramped.Not enough to avoid a second visit!
Darn good restaurant! We arrived for our 5:30 indoor reservation and were greeted and seated promptly.Nice vibe to the place and every staff member we encountered was polite.Management makes sure their servers get everything right (we witnessed one in training).I chose Cork because of the game meats on the menu, as hubby is a hunter.I had grilled artichoke and caesar salad, hubby tried the blackened calamari and bison (rare).Neither of us was disappointed.The bison was cooked perfectly and utterly delicious.My items were tasty as well.Prices are up there, but very much worth it in my opinion.

Atmosphere was good! Despite all the other reviews, we were severely disappointed by the food.The appetizer and desserts were really good but unfortunately the entrees were poorly cooked and presented.The salmon was pale and unappetizing looking without any sort of sear on it.Would not recommend going here for how expensive it is
