Usually get takeout with their âBigger Plateâ of 3 mains. This evening I had the Black Pepper Chicken and Beef & Broccoli. For the third, I usually get the Teriyaki Chicken which I save for next dayâs lunch â warm it up and toss it in with romaine lettuce, any other veggies lurking in the fridge, and P.F.Changâs ginger dressing for a quick and tasty salad. For the sides I usually do half Chow Mein, half Super Greens and convince myself Iâm eating healthy. Takeout at Pandemonium Express is a no-brainer when you donât want to cook but donât want to go to a restaurant. The price is right; itâs cheaper than any of the Asian buffets, better and cheaper than any of the other Asian fast food chains, and the quality is consistent with fresh ingredients. Itâs also a convenient option when you want to have a get together with friends at your place: everyone just gets their own meal at Panda⌠no cooking, no serving, no cleanup.
Panda Express is a decent eatery overall, generally healthy. The reason for the low score is the consistency of tough broccoli stalks in the premium (extra $1.25) black pepper steak.I'd expect at least one edible piece, I'm not a panda.I would have ordered the plate with veggies instead of rice but they looked abysmal.
Noticable decline in recent months. The food just isn't even worth the long lines, the diminished quality and quantity at current pricing. The dining room is often in need of attention. No pride and no shame on full display.
