When I had placed my reservation online I couldn’t see where to go to edit the quantity of our party Finding that part online was very difficult, so I ended up writing it in the notes that we had a party of four but I guess I had accidentally only reserved for two. When we had gotten there for our reservation, they told us that I had made the reservation only for two people, and It was the night of the marathon so they were very busy, The woman who seated us told us to just give her a few minutes and she would do what she could and we ended up getting seated anyways, I was very grateful for her.It was truly just an accident.I’ve never been here before so I wasn’t sure how to reserve for my party properly online.even though the staff was very stressed(I assume) Due to the immense amount of of people, they still continue to be so nice and respectful to us. They had tried to call me twice to let me know what was going on and even left a voicemail the second time when I didn’t pick up, and regardless, still sat us and made our night amazing, communication was a 10 out of 10 from the hostess.Much love and respect to her. Now to our waitress, she was so so amazing to us.I couldn’t have asked for anybody better. She truly was amazing and made my night. She was so easy to talk to and understood the things we were asking for/needed.On a funny note; I am a pickle lover and the house bread and butter pickles were TO DIE FOR they were literally so freaking good and I was a little sad when I realized that my burger didn’t come with pickles on it so I asked our waitress if she could bring me one more jar of pickles that I could eat with my burger and she brought me two!!! She was absolutely fantastic and I really hope she gets the appreciation here that she deserves, I seriously could not have asked for anybody better. I will in fact be back for those pickles <3
Capital Grille Burger: A Burger Haven with a Friendly Vibe Capital Grille Burger on Newbury Street is a gem that combines friendly service with fantastic food. The servers here are not just attentive but genuinely welcoming, adding a warm touch to the dining experience. The star of the show is, of course, the burgers. You really can't go wrong with any choice on the menu. Each bite is a symphony of flavors, making it a burger lover's paradise.I personally tried the truffle fries and wings, and they were a delightful accompaniment to the main event. We’ve been wanting to try this place for some time now.We went for dinner and were a party of 6.The atmosphere is very busy and inviting though it is a bit too loud there when it’s packed - we found ourselves having the shout most of the time.Everyone enjoyed their food! We got the truffle fries as appetizers and they were delicious! Not greasy at all! We each got a drink and mine was the non-alcoholic daiquiri which I really enjoyed and would order again. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger and he loved it! I got the capital burger but I think I’d rather try something else next time. The burger was good but it lacked condiments which made it a bit less appetizing. All that cheese and meat needs a bit of acidity to cut through it.The patty itself though was good! It tasted like it’s good quality meat.Would definitely go back there again especially on a busy weekend evening! Maybe not the best place for a date but definitely perfect for a group of friends.
