The Brunch Truck of Amarillo

Best kept secret is right!!! Favorite place in Amarillo!!!! The service was phenomenal and the food was AMAZING! My friend said is was the best Philly cheese steak they’ve ever had and my breakfast burrito was phenomenal.
Quick quick turnaround w the food time and cool murals around.
Everything on the menu can be made vegan but it can also be made with meat!!❤️ if you can’t find it, call them! Super cheap too!

The owner is a very warm gentleman who walked us through every item on the menu.
He patiently answered every question.
It felt like you were talking to a loved relative.
Oftentimes, you go to a restaurant, and you get a meal that you probably couldn't replicate because of the unique ingredients and how it's garnished and plated.
So their food tasted and gave you that home cooking feeling.
Nothing too complicated.
It just makes you feel comfortable and warm eating it.
It actually brought back memories of my childhood.
The location is behind the Greyhound station, in the parking lot.
We didn't expect it to be located there, so we passed it up, but we were determined and eventually found our way there.
If you just roll down the windows, you actually hear the music.
Just follow the tunes.

Fantastic flavors at The Brunch Truck! We were seriously impressed with this very unassuming food trailer tucked behind the bye station in downtown Amarillo.
Chatting with the owner, Paul, you can tell he is super passionate about his food and it shows! I had the Carnivore burrito which had all the breakfast meats along with Yukon gold potatoes that were all cooked to perfection.
As a final touch, he cracks an egg over the food so that it coats everything in a smooth texture and elevates the overall flavor! Wish server with red and green salsa which were both excellent My wife had the Breakfast Street Tacos which she thoroughly enjoyed as well. Paul's EXCELLENT customer service and the quality of the food shows his love for what he does.
We will most definitely be back!
