It’s more expensive than a cafe but worth every penny.I had the coconut shrimp with mushroom apricot risotto asparagus and apricot brandy glaze.I split the dish with my sister and cleaned my plate.Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My husband had a salad with rare tuna and balsamic vinaigrette and he said he enjoyed every bite!

Thank you so much for the kind review. We are so happy that you enjoyed and hope to serve you again soon.
Only reason for the 1 star is because the bartender was super nice. The steak was horribly cooked. It was “grilled”.It was most definitely pan seared poorly.I was hungry as I hadn’t eaten today.Half the “strip was uncooked fat.But yeah… totally grilled… Left completely and totally underwhelmed. Will only come back for drinks. If that.

Hey Johnny Cash, Thanks for your review.Although I appreciate the raw feedback I am sad to know this was your experience.I hate that you left underwhelmed from my establishment, but I do find a little pride in the fact that the bartender was super nice. If you'd be so kind to give us another opportunity I don't think you would be disappointed.Feel free to email me at seth@crushamarillo.com to further discuss your experience and hopefully we get a chance to redeem ourself one day. Thanks, Seth-Owner
While staying in downtown Amarillo decided to go for on a recommendation to Crush. Was able to get a reservation (it was a Tuesday) we decided on arrival to set up stairs on the patio to enjoy some live music. Our table was great and the server was awesome. Started out with mussels and the tuna tartar. Mussels were good and the tartar was some of the best I’ve had. A few cocktails proved to be well made and enjoyed through out the meal. The main course was a step backwards from the appetizers. The wife had the salmon. It was a good cut but the sauce and accompaniment were just okay. I had gone with the double bone in chop. Again the meat was cooked to order and had a great flavor on its own. However the peach/red pepper chutney was a bit on the red pepper side and took away from the pork. The mashers and sautéd veggies were on point. Again, over all this was a good dinning experience and would go back. Thank you again to the staff for a great date night on our road trip.

Raymond, thank you very much for the review and feedback, Feedback that you provided above is so important to our development and future success.Excellent choices on the tartar on mussels.I too agree that the bone-in pork chop is so good without the peach salsa, I often will get it without it or on the side. It's truly a high quality cut of meat.I hope on your next visit we can knock the tree out of the park. Cheers, and we hope to serve you again soon.
