The Black Whale is such a charming spot on City Island! 🌊 I loved the cozy, historic vibe - it feels like a hidden gem.
I started with the New England Clam Chowder, which was fresh and flavorful, followed by the famous meatloaf - cooked to perfection! 🍽️ The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the lovely atmosphere.
Even though the wait for our main courses took a little while, it was well worth it; everything is homemade and bursting with flavor. Can’t wait to return when the backyard opens for some outdoor dining! Highly recommend it! ☀️
