Thai Noodles Restaurant is a hidden gem in Louisville! 🌟 I had a lovely dinner with a mixed vegetable stir fry (chicken) and eggplant that was simply fabulous. The Chicken Pad Thai was phenomenal - medium spicy was perfect, bursting with flavor!

We also tried the coconut soup, which was tasty but mostly broth. The basil Thai chicken didn't quite hit the mark for me, but the pad si-ew was delightful. The quick service and friendly owners make it even better!

I can’t wait to return for more! 🍜🙌
