The drive-thru line took way longer than it should have.Of course, I saw why when I got to the pick-up window.There is a lot of playing around instead of trying to get customers through the line at a steady pace.

I pulled up and and thought they were closed due to it being so dark and no cars.I place my order get home the tenders and fries looked like they had been fried over 3 times.I took the food back, the employees did not know how to refund money back to my card which took up a tremendous amount of my time.I will never spend money at this location ever.The general manager needs to review them cameras on 11/12/22 at approximately 9:30pm to see their staff doing literally nothing.This is just me putting it nicely.If I could have given the rating zero I would.There is no excuse for this.When I ordered we were literally the only customers.I’m so
