El Molcajete is a true hidden gem! 🌟 Nestled on Preston Hwy, this casual Mexican spot serves up some of the best tacos in Louisville. I tried the Birria tacos and pollo al carbon, both bursting with flavor and incredibly affordable.

The atmosphere was lively, and the service was friendly, albeit a bit slow during peak hours. We also enjoyed a refreshing margarita that rivaled the best in town! The salsa had a unique molé twist, which I didn’t love, but the chips were fresh and addictive.

Definitely a must-visit for authentic comfort food! Can’t wait to return! 😋🍹
