Absolutely the best barbecue I have had since I have moved to this state! Systematically going through the menu and loving every bite!
First I’d like to say the service was excellent and they were very polite and professional.We got to sample the smoked turkey which was delicious!!! As far as our order, I had the brisket with broccoli and collard greens.The meat was perfectly cooked, greens were pretty good as well but, the broccoli on the other hand was terrible.My wife had the short ribs with mac n cheese and fried cabbage, she says the ribs were pretty good but the sides were bland!
I’m from Alabama, and this was one of THE BEST BBQ plates I’ve had on this side of the country.I got the rib dinner with potato salad, cornbread, and hot bbq sauce.It was fantastic.The fact that you do not need teeth to eat it is it 100% true.Amazing.Corn bread was everything I wanted and more The potato salad doesn’t look like anything I’ve had before so I was skeptical at first but it was delicious.I’m looking forward to trying more of their sides but not ordering these two will be difficult.I will say the next time I go I’ll get the regular instead of hot sauce because it was too hot for me.Also the man making the food was extremely pleasant to talk to.I can’t wait to get this again and will take anyone who wants good barbecue here.
