If you're craving authentic Chinese flavors, Taste of Xi'an is a must-visit! 🌟

I was particularly impressed by their dan-dan noodles and hot & sour dumplings, both bursting with flavor. The fried rice was a slight hiccup due to a mix-up with the protein, but the attentive staff resolved it quickly, keeping our dining experience smooth.

The atmosphere is casual yet clean, making it perfect for university students or casual dinners. Overall, great value for delicious food - definitely on my list for next time in Seattle! 🍜✨
