U:Don Fresh Japanese Noodle Station is a delightful find in the University District!

The cafeteria-style setup adds a fun twist reminiscent of Japan. I opted for the tantan goma zaru dipping udon and the ume oroshi niku soup udon - both were delicious! The cold dipping udon had a rich sweetness, while the soup udon was simply fantastic, especially if you love ume and daikon.

Don’t skip the tempura! The veggie options are tasty, and the self-serve tempura sauce is a nice touch. Just a heads up: street parking can be a challenge, but a stroll along University Way is enjoyable. Can’t wait to return for more
