Xi'an Noodles is a delightful gem in Seattle! 🌟 I had the lamb noodle dish and the spicy lamb soup, and both were fantastic. The noodles had a perfect chewy texture, and the lamb was bursting with flavor.

I opted for "less spicy" this time - next visit I’ll crank it up! The soup didn’t hit the spot for me, but everything else was divine.

The casual atmosphere is great for a quick bite or lunch with friends. Outdoor seating is a nice touch, especially on a warm day! Can’t wait to come back... 🍜
