NORTH Noodles N Dumplings is a delightful hidden gem in Seattle! 🌟 The atmosphere is relaxed, making it perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. I had the Crab and Pork Xiao Long Bao, which were bursting with flavor - definitely a highlight! The stir fry potatoes with eggplant and green pepper was also a standout, beautifully balanced and incredibly comforting.

While the dan dan noodles were a tad dry, the overall value for money is fantastic. The staff were kind and attentive, and the cleanliness adds to the positive experience. Can’t wait to return and try more dishes! 🍜✨
