Taquero Mucho is a hidden gem in Louisville! 🌮 We arrived around 3 PM when it was quiet, and the service was friendly and attentive.

I ordered the huarache, and it was huge and delicious! My husband got the tacos, but he wasn't impressed - the portion felt a bit lacking for the price. On the other hand, the handmade tortillas with my poblano relleno were a delightful surprise.

The complimentary chips with bean dip were a tasty start, and the chunky guacamole disappeared quickly!

Overall, a solid 4 stars. I'll definitely return to explore more of their authentic flavors! 🌶️✨
